Self Worth Meditation

You see yourself in different situations, at work, at a social function, at home, in all areas of your life being confident, self-assured and a highly valued person. You value your own strengths and know that these lets you overcome all the other weaknesses.

You have inner strength that comes from your knowledge that you can do anything that you put your mind to, and that you have done incredible things before, even when the odds have been against you.

You behave and look confident at all times. Notice your posture, it is upright and straight as if nothing can bring you down, you have something important to say, and can it articulate easily, projecting your voice so others can hear it. Hear your speech, it is clear, articulate, calm, confident and assertive.

You communicate with ease what is required to get something done, or an idea, an opinion in a positive way. You listen attentively and recognise the beauty of the person in front of you, and you add to the conversation and don't take away from it leaving the person thinking, WOW! what a unique individual you really are.

Notice how your words flow with ease, how others listen attentively, as you do to them. Notice how you automatically mirror them, making them feel comfortable that you are on the same page. Notice how you summarize what they say in your own words, leaving them thinking you really understand them. Notice how you acknowledge their feelings, and let them speak without necessarily agreeing with them.

You are an amazing individual!

Affirmation of the day

Appreciative

I applaud generous actions, pure intentions, and unfolding talent. Simple things - like the sound of rain, the industry of an office, the smell of good food, the cry of a child - all offer themselves to be valued and acclaimed. I thank nature for reminding me of how order and chaos each have their own time. I revel in the worth, hidden or visible, that dwells in each day of my life.
