Raw Food - Happy Pate Recipe

One of my favorite raw food spread/dip of all times, my kids always wack this with some raw vegies, its amazing how kids like the things that are good for them given no other alternatives.

1/2 Red Pepper
2 Carrot
1 Tomato
60 g almonds, presoaked overnight
2 dates pitted
1 lemon juiced

Chop pepper, carrots, tomatoes, add all ingredients in blender. Add some virgin olive oil or water to blend, be careful not to add too much otherwise it will be too watery, you are better off chopping everything smaller.

Put in sandwich, use a dip with raw vegetables, eat within a few days.
