Emotional Dimension
The human body has four dimensions, these four dimensions are like the four wheels of a car, each "wheel" needs to be serviced, in order to the car to function.
These are actually bodies that a person has to put it simply.
These are physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, each needs to be be exercised. Too much or too little exercise in each of these areas will affect your overall sense of well being and purpose. The Spiritual Dimension is special because it provides the power to our existence, hence the more we can spend on it the better.
To maintain these dimensions, one has to exert effort in this daily, sustained effort in any area needs to be followed by a break, as sustained effort is not possible in any one of these areas, unless you are super human. It is recommended that there is a 20 minute break for every 90 minute activity. he wheels are also like muscle, the more you exercise them the stronger they become, one can gradually increase the effort in each one of these areas through training and repetition.
The emotional dimension are somewhat a result of Mental input, they give the fuel to act. Mental thought is not enough, repetition of mental thought gives result to emotion which results in action.
The Emotional Dimensions include:
1. Relationships
2. Social
3. Compassion
4. Tolerance
5. Respect
6. Love
7. Communication and Expression of Emotions
The chakra for emotions is the Heart Chakra and somewhat less the Throat Chakra, because of its communication focus.

Adventure
The wonder of being alive fills my being; there is no space for fear or reliance on old comforts. I gladly seek my part in the great drama of life. Mountains and valleys lie before me: sometimes disguised as a game, a job, a hobby, a relationship. Sometimes delicate, sometimes raw, sometimes compelling. Exploring fresh perspectives, I willingly challenge old ideas and images. I feel timeless and invincible.
