Brain Entrainment and for Meditation and Programming the Sub-conscious Mind
Using software from Transparent.com, specifically the NP2 Professional program, I am developing a one hour meditation that begins with a progressive relax into alpha.
I stay there for about 20 minutes, focusing --- by using suggestions I have added to the soundtrack --- on visualizations of things that I would like to manifest – both states of being and objects.
I seek peace, harmony, abundance, fun and unexpected positive events. I use suggestions to start and then give myself time to add other ideas. This is a relaxed, semi-conscious state.
After the alpha time, I seek to go deeper into theta for an additional 20 minutes and use affirmations that I want to program into my subconscious. I feel that using my own voice to tell my subconscious mind what I would like to reinforce at Theta helps to build the structures that more easily imprint directly into the sub-conscious.
I feel it is important to maintain consciousness and not drift off, so I like to put in sound artifacts that are just barely heard. I don’t believe that subliminals really work if you can not hear them.
However I strive to remain conscious, but maintain a gentle “floaty” state of mind. IF your mind comes into play too much, IF I begin to analyze I inadvertently move into Beta. It often helps me to be the “observer” watching this Bill Marsh guy.
From theta down into delta. There is little known about this level, but I think it must be important. I like to finish a session with coming back to beta level and working on focus, otherwise I have a disconnected state from too much time at the inner levels.
The NP2 program easiliy allows binaural tones to take me down to any level I desire. I complete the cycle by gently returing up through Theta; to alpha and then a short session in Beta that helps me focus and concentrate on the outer world as I return. I find that too much time at the lower levels of mind without a conscious trip through beta level consciousness tends to have me unfocused, dreamy and a bit scattered when I come out.
I am still learning and working on this meditation, not yet ready for distribution. I want to try it more on myself and fine tune. Right now I am just experimenting.
I would like to communicate with others who are interested in what I am outlining here. Besides meditation, I am interested in problem solving through using inner levels of mind and suggest if you are also, to take a look at the fascinating work being done by Win Wenger.

Adventure
The wonder of being alive fills my being; there is no space for fear or reliance on old comforts. I gladly seek my part in the great drama of life. Mountains and valleys lie before me: sometimes disguised as a game, a job, a hobby, a relationship. Sometimes delicate, sometimes raw, sometimes compelling. Exploring fresh perspectives, I willingly challenge old ideas and images. I feel timeless and invincible.

Thanks for sharing your experience
Hi Bill
Thanks for sharing your experiences with BWE, its always interesting how different people get the most out of BWE, I certainly agree with you how you come out of the deeper state by spending some time in beta, this is important otherwise you may feel unmotivated to to anything becsuse you are so chilled, maybe have this for day and another one for night without finishing in beta.
I hope you able to expand on this blog as you build more experience with your meditation.
Regards
